Width Measurements
If You Already Have a Rod/Track:Measure the exact length of the curtain rod, excluding the decorative ends (finials).
For Wall-to-Wall Curtains:Measure the full width of the wall from one side to the other.
For Non-Wall-to-Wall Curtains:Measure the width of your window from the outside edge of the frame to the other.Add a minimum of 20% to this width to allow for the curtains to bunch on the wall.By following these steps, you'll get the correct measurements for your window coverings!

- 2x Fullness - Standard: Classic fullness with well-defined pleats for a timeless look.

Curtain lining options
All linings are attached/sewn onto the main curtain fabric. For separate lining/double curtains on two tracks, select unlined option, then order separate lining or your desired fabric for your separate track separately.
- Unlined: Light and airy, ideal for a translucent look.
- Blockout Coated Lining: Blocks light completely for maximum privacy and darkness.
- Cotton Lining: Adds a layer of softness and protection, with moderate light control.
- Dim Out Triple Weave Lining: Reduces 60-90% of light, thermal properties and no coating or acrylic backing.
- Add Interlining: Enhances insulation and fullness for a luxurious, plush feel. You can add this option to any lined option, just tick the box "Add Interlining"
Header Style
- Inverted Box Pleat: A sleek, modern look with tailored, inverted pleats.
- Casual Wave (No Pleats): Simple and relaxed with a smooth, wave-like drape.
- Double Pinch Pleat: Classic and elegant with two evenly spaced pleats for a structured look.
- Triple Pinch Pleat: Luxurious and formal with three pleats for a rich, full appearance.

Like all of our drapery, Affordable Elegance sheers are hand-crafted with all of the quality details you would expect from bespoke curtains. It is tailored with the utmost detail and no detail is spared.
Your curtains arrive ready to hang. All measurements and details given to us will be checked and double checked before any work can commence. Please use the 'require check measure' option if unsure about the measurements you have made.
Pro Tip: Seeing is believing! Order up to 10 free fabric swatches from our "Free Swatches" page. Examine them in different lighting and times of the day to ensure the perfect match for your space.
HOW TO ORDER & PAY
Select a heading pleat style of your choice, enter your exact dimensions, select your preferred lining, fullness, and colour for a bespoke designer curtain. The other steps are optional. After your checkout, we will work with you to refine every detail of your drape and we can still make adjustments or cancel the order for a full refund within 5 days from the date of placing your order. On checkout you can pay via secure credit card, PayPal or Afterpay. (Note AfterPay is only available for orders up to $2k)

- Extra width: All drapes come with an additional 3-5% header width to ensure they meet perfectly in the centre and sides, preventing any gaps. Simply provide us with your exact rod or track length, and we'll add the extra width for you. If you prefer not to have this added width, please specify in the notes section.

This service is available in select areas; please check availability(most metropolitan areas and some regional).
We also offer professional virtual check measures for added convenience. Through a video call, our specialists will guide you through the measuring process, ensuring precise results without needing an in-home visit. If you don't have the tools, let us know we will help you.
Note: We only offer our in check measure and installation services, after you order is in. It's okay if your initial measure if off by a few centimetres +/- here or there, it won't normally impact price, unless it's off by 20cm + for drapes or 10cm+ for blinds.
For installation, we provide professional installation services to make the process seamless and stress-free. Our skilled independent installers will handle everything, from securely mounting hardware to hanging your new curtains precisely. ABOUT LININGS
Blockout
99.5% light blockout polyester lining. Great protection from sun damage, insulation, and noise. Due to the way this lining is made, black spots may be apparent on stitch holes.
Cotton Lining
100% cotton. Light filtering lining that allows light to come through yet still protects your curtains from sun damage.
Dim Out/Triple Weave
Thick yet soft polyester lining, with NO coating, providing 70-80% light reduction. The best option if you require sun control where 100% light blockout isn't a requirement. Great for insulation and sun control. No stitch holes are apparent. We love this lining. Note the white spoke, has a soft grey tone.
Interlining
This additional layer of fabric not only adds luxurious fullness and a beautiful drape but also provides excellent insulation, helping to regulate room temperature and save energy. Ideal for noise reduction and light control, interlining ensures your curtains look stunning and perform flawlessly. You can add interlining to any of the lining selections. (not to unlined option)
