DELIVERY COST

Free of charge Australia wide with some exceptions.

Please note that rural areas may have an additional shipping charge.  For example areas that snow or central Northern Territory locations that are hard to reach. If additional shipping costs apply for we will contact you to provide a quote for shipping within 3 days of order being placed.  If you live in a remote location you may need to collect your order from the local despatch centre. This is at the courier's discretion.

Delivered free of charge via regular post.  Express shipping attract an additional fee. 


RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon receiving your order, it’s very important to check the packaging and the Blinds or Curtains to ensure there is no damage during transportation. If you find there is a problem with the integrity of the packaging, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. We require photos of the packaging and any damage to the Blinds or Curtains to make a transit damage claim.

DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE

If you would like your delivery dropped off without the need for you to be home to sign for it, please select ‘Yes’ under the ‘Authority to leave section’ at the checkout. If you give authority to leave, please supply simple instructions on where you would like your delivery to be left. If you select ‘No’ and you are not home to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a calling card which will outline instructions on organising redelivery or a local pickup point. Any additional fees charged by the courier due to your unavailability will be charged to you.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

When placing your order please include a mobile number you can be reached on during business hours to ensure a smooth delivery process. If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. An address cannot be changed one it has been picked up by the courier.

OUR COURIERS

Unfortunately, we are unable to outline a time and unable to call before your order is set to be delivered. We will provide you tracking information.  If you are not able to be home to receive your delivery, please refer to the ‘Delivery without Signature’ section.


FAQ

Where is my order?

We'll also update you regularly via email, including when your items have been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel with the courier.


What are your delivery times?

The vast majority of orders are made in 4-6 weeks but these times vary depending on the product.


Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?

Yes, no worries. We're happy to deliver to any address you wish. Many of our customers like to have their orders delivered to their work for example.


Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We're unable to deliver to a PO Box address. Samples are sent out via Australian Post, so for sample orders, a PO Box address can be used.


Where can you deliver?

We can deliver to any state in Australia. If you live in a remote location you may need to collect your order from the local despatch centre. This is at the courier's discretion. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please get in touch and we can contact them directly before you order.


Will you notify me of dispatch?

Yes! We try and keep you up to speed every step of the way so we'll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.


What happens if I'm not home?

Not to worry. The delivery company will simply leave you a card to get in touch with them and arrange for the order to be collected or redelivered at a more convenient time.


The parcel is damaged, what do I do?

Firstly, don't panic. All of our deliveries are fully insured so if something unfortunate does happen in transit, get in touch with us right away. In order to make a claim we'll need to see some photos within 24 hours of you receiving your order so that we can make a claim so don't delay.
