We have a 5 day cooling off period for ALL online orders, in case you change your mind and want a full refund no questions asked. After 5 days, we cannot cancel or refund your order due to the nature of custom made, but check in with us because if we haven't yet cut your fabric, we can make an exception, we are flexible & nice like that. Fees may apply.

Custom made/made-to-measure products cannot be refunded due to change of mind. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your decisions before you finalise your purchase. We are happy to change or cancel orders as long as you contact us within our 5 day cooling off period 24 hours from the date and time the order was submitted to us.

Did you do everything right but just changed your mind about the colour or fabric? If you would like to select a different fabric, we will offer you to purchase a new product in a different colour or fabric at 20% off. (Offer valid for 30 days after order date and must be replacing the original window treatment purchased, no changes acceptable to dimensions).

You have 7 days from date you received your goods to fully inspect and check and notify us of any faults, errors, damage, defects or parts missing. We fully inspect and take photos of all products before they leave our warehouse. We are not liable for marks, holes, scratches or defects on the fabric or product due to your misuse of the Goods or general wear and tear, including where the Goods have been subjected to your misuse, negligence, improper installation or improper cleaning.

If your Goods are defective on delivery, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, depending on whether the defect is major or minor. Please contact us to discuss your options.

The remedy may include providing you with a replacement, repairing the Goods within a reasonable time, providing you with a credit or refund or other compensation as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

If we provide a refund or replacement, all products must be returned to us before we ship any new product out. We ask that you package all products up in original packaging and label the packaging with the courier label we send you. The courier will collect the goods from you.

We ship via express road with TNT and other couriers and typically takes 2-5 business days. Regional areas may take longer or may only be delivered to the closes depot.

The lead time for curtains is 4-6 weeks and Roman blinds are 6-8 weeks from the date you confirm your project specifications, NOT from the date you order. Therefore please work with us to get your check measure (if required) and finalise the finer details as quickly as possible.

Australia wide - Free of charge on orders over $1,000. Orders under $1000 will incur a shipping charge dependant on your postal code.

We require a signature for ALL shipments unless you specifically request an authority to leave. If the location is unattended at the time of delivery, DrapeCo will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of the goods howsoever arising.

The risk in the goods will pass to you once they have been delivered to you/left on your premises. Delivery means when the goods are delivered to the delivery location you have provided us. Title and ownership of the goods will pass to you once you have paid the price in full.

We delivery international. Please email us for a shipping quote. Provide your address, and overview of the quantity and goods you would like the order.

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, so we guarantee your DrapeCo/Pret-a-Portiere branded products with a 6-year warranty. We guarantee to repair, replace or offer a refund (fully at our discretion) if the product fails to operate or has defects in materials or workmanship. Note tracks/hardware and fabrics/curtains made using other brands and companies are covered by manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not cover misuse, alterations or re-instalment, shrinking, or fading. NOTE: Commercial and rental properties have a different warranty, contact us for information. Failure of product to operate, defects in materials and workmanship, supplied colour different to sample colour, damage noted upon delivery are all valid but only for the original purchaser of the product.
